Pursuant to Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on Consumer Rights and Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, you can return the goods within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery.
The returned product must be in the original neat packaging, not torn and damaged, not used, the same equipment as received by the Buyer, without losing the appearance of the goods (undamaged original packaging, unripped protective films, etc.). The buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail to the address UAB Bonitana - V. Maciulevičiaus st. 53, Vilnius LT-04310.
The Seller has the right not to accept the returned goods of the Buyer if the returned goods have been used, damaged, manufactured or adjusted individually according to a special order.
The cost of returning quality goods returned or exchanged is paid by the buyer. Only the amount of money paid for the product is returned to the buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer. Shipping costs are covered at the expense of the company in case the item has been defective.
If the Buyer returns the product purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the product with a valid discount is refunded.
